So good and crunchy
1 jicama peeled and julienned (matchsticks)
2 carrots grated
1 cup kale chopped finely
2 granny smith apples chopped small (leave peel on)
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp celery seed (not salt)
Pinch course sea salt
Pinch of pepper
