I am a very busy mom of 4 and a grandmother of 4. I work outside the home and involved with my children's sports teams and community events which takes up a lot of my time.
It is very important make healthy,well balanced meals for my family in as little time as possible.
Kids are picky and don't like to eat certain things so I hide all the good stuff in great tasting food.

After a 4 day trip to Vegas
I experienced a lot of fantastic food while I was in Las Vegas.
I will start posting recipes etc again tomorrow. Today is family day :)
